Minimum Requirements

Handling of turnkey EHV Cable Projects – Post order to final commissioning and getting taking over certificate.
Coordination with sub-contractors and agencies involved in the projects.

Process
• Check the accessories received from accessories received from the suppliers for its completeness and ensure that everything is in place as required for making joints and terminations.
• Check that the tools required for making of jointing and terminations are available
• Check that all the consumables required are in place.
• If anything is missing, inform the concerned project manager well in advance to organize the same.
• Study Accessory Supplier’s manual carefully and understand the installation process of joints and terminations.
• Make a sheet of dimensions for cutting and screen removal etc as per the supplier’s instruction.
• Make joints and terminations precisely as per the instruction manual, without any error.
• Ensure cleanliness during the joints and terminations making process.
• Making earthing connections at termination ends and in between the route as per the requirement of the project – both end boning, single point bonding and cross bonding etc.
• Keep records of dimensions of each joint and termination
